The virtual meetings are on Fridays on a bi-weekly basis from 7am to 8:30am PDT/PST and are started with a guided meditation followed by empathic sharing. We encourage sharing stories of conflict or celebration, and we also give each attendee a chance to make observations or guess feelings and needs.

Knowledge of NVC is not necessary and you are welcome to share with the group or sit back and listen.
